Southern Africa

HIGHLIGHTS D

From the mountains of the Fairest Cape to the game-rich waters and deserts of Botswana to the bush paths of Zambia, Southern Africa offers a world of choice, says Andrew Eames and Steve Hartridge

avid Attenborough’s magnifi cent documentary series Africa, broadcast early this year, helped to lift the lid

Yet their proximity to Johannesburg means a convenient choice of air links, and the possibility of twin-centre breaks that combine the sophistication of South
