Duty Managers


We are looking for inspirational leaders to become Duty Managers who will lead and manage the operations team. In passenger service you will be responsible for the day to day operational efficiency of the service. In the lead up to service you will contribute to testing and commissioning and support and foster the creation of a new organisation.


You will have good interpersonal skills, a proven track record in managing teams in an operational environment and have the ability to plan and prioritise effectively. The successful candidates will have the desire and motivation to help shape something unique.


Salary package Both roles offer a salary of circa £30-£37k

Page 120 May 2013 Assistant Engineering Manager


The Assistant Engineering Manager will contribute to effective contract and stakeholder management while taking the lead for work on or near the tramway. You will also lead on the production and analysis of monitoring tools including KPI’s and a balanced scorecard.


A qualified engineer, you will already have experience of working within the transport sector including liaising with contractors and fostering partnership working with internal and external partners. The successful candidate will have the ability to analyse data as well as lead and influence and bring the desire and motivation to improve performance.
