What sort of amazing services do we of- fer? Full design assistance and engineering, for one. There’s no need to provide detailed casting drawings. Our engineering depart- ment will work with you from concept to casting to make sure your parts fit your needs precisely.
Our tooling times are amazingly fast. Because we create our final designs in CAD we can parallel process the tooling specs, from the cavity to the knockouts to the mounting system for the mold itself. We pre-qualify our toolmaking vendors to en- sure they have the expertise and resources to support this approach. The result is a
typical tooling lead time of 6 to 8 weeks at BPI compared to 10 to 14 weeks for other permanent mold shops and as much as 16 weeks for die-cast.
Our machining services are amazingly diverse including CNC lathe work and modern milling machines with 4 axis ca- pabilities. Finishing runs the gamut from brilliant polish to bead blasted to shot peening for stress relief.
Of course not every order is for some cutting-edge product. Many of our custom- ers need castings that are fairly simple in design. No matter. All of our customers benefit from our in-house engineering and speedy tooling times. All of our custom- ers get to specify the features and finish they want.
