Mission Statement
It is the objective of Denison Industries to produce the finest quality products in our business. We will continually encourage a philosophy of never-ending improvement in quality and
productivity through the use of employee involvement and process control.
Denison brings a unique mix of experi- ence and philosophy to its customers as a manufacturer. In addition to an extensive background producing military-quality complex castings, Denison has worked hard to comply with demanding Japanese kaizen lean manufacturing protocols as well as Nadcap standards throughout the Aerospace industry.
In essence, Denison Industries is a job shop involved in complex castings. The firm is able to cast what other metalcasting facilities don’t attempt, because it is more technically proficient. Its niche is more complex castings, more complex core as- semblies and permanent molds with cores in them.

High internal standards carry over to testing procedures. Denison performs fun- damental control non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure casting quality. Even if it is not required, Denison believes it is criti- cal to success, as NDT helps ensure control over its processes. Denison believes going above and beyond pays off for itself and for the customer.
Working in an environment where qual- ity must meet the high standards demanded by the defense in-dustry has the added benefit of keeping the workforce on its toes. Denison makes castings that require it to maintain certain skill areas, and it con- stantly monitors production for improving processes. Such monitoring keeps quality high and costs low.
Denison Industries pours a variety of aluminum alloys in both nobake and per- manent molds. But the focus is on provid- ing its customers a company vision that is in perfect focus with your own view of business success.
