Bridal Boutique off ers a truly personal service as Peggy and her team guide their clients to fi nd their perfect cake. “We ask couples to bring along anything that might inspire their cake, such as a swatch of lace from the dress, a picture of the fl owers or colour samples,” Peggy reveals. After the design is approved, the team stay in touch with the Bride and liaise with the fl orist on the lead up to the wedding so that the cake is delivered at the ideal moment on the day. One couple who entrusted their Wedding Cake to Peggy were Kate Moss and Jamie Hince. T is is clearly one of Peggy’s proudest achievements as she recalls, “It was an honour to be asked to make their Wedding Cake. T ey chose a beautiful design to compliment their Great Gatsby themed wedding.” Refl ecting on

As it is the season of love, we ask Peggy about her Bridal Boutique. Here, couples are advised to book their date in the delivery diary between a year and six months before the wedding, such is the demand for Peggy’s services. “We invite our clients to a personal tasting and consultation,” she explains, “T is service is complimentary and gives couples the opportunity to sample the delicious fl avours on off er, view the beautiful cakes on display and browse through our extensive portfolio.” T e
her client list, Peggy adds, “It was amazing to have one of my cakes photographed by Mario Testino and feature in American Vogue. I have been very lucky to have been able to make cakes for many celebrities, Royals and Heads of State.” When asked which celebrity she would most like to design a cake for, Peggy answers, “Keira Knightley.
