Here are some practical suggestions on how to get OUT of ‘boxes’:

• Identify what you don’t want in life and know your boundaries with people. If you notice someone you have to work with remains negative, tell this person about ‘boxes’ and human energy and ask him or her to respect your understanding about it. • Identify what you want in life and when possible, select your team players carefully. You are a human being and you will influence, and be influenced.

• Do not think that the world has to change before you can be successful. Create your own space of creative energy, loving energy and healing energy. • Do not wait for the feel-good energies before you turn them on. Turn them on, all day long. Make it a habit. Buzz for no other reason than to keep your own energy vibrations high and positive. • Guard your heart and mind and be selective what thoughts and feelings you nurture.

• Think hard and smart before you ‘take hands’ in business. • Know that you are created to be a problem solver. Know that you are not a victim or a product of the past. Believe that you can create new beginnings every day. • Get actively involved in your own life. Do not expect other people to make you happy or successful. Step out. Step UP. Get noticed for your positive and creative energy. You will draw the ‘right kind’ of person into your space!

And when you sense you are in any kind of ‘box’, get OUT and wow us please…! Do not waste energy on banging, whacking, pounding, hammering and pushing. Just JUMP! You were born with the ability to do so! Remain feisty and fearless. And lastly: empowerment is also about empowering OTHERS – and you cannot do this when you are living in a box!
