Who put you in a box? - Annie Coetzee D

o not be misled by the simplicity of this title. Millions of people live lives that are not true to who and what they

honestly are. Even more millions of people also do not see, dream, speak and live the way that they want to. These millions have become what others believe or say about them. They have become a ‘definition’ or an ‘opinion’ of someone and it simply does not feel right! Maybe you have been told by your superior that you are ‘an introvert’ or a ‘drama queen’ or ‘a slow thinker’? Or perhaps another person in management suggested that you should ‘leave your creative spirit at home and be more ‘professional’ when you are at work.’ I am wondering, “What does ‘professional’ really mean when an employee is creative, productive and even HAPPY at work!?” Some significant or insignificant person decided to ‘define’ you, and if you are living this person’s words about you, you might just be ‘in a box.’

Crazy as that may sound, it is high time you woke up to the fact that we are all electro-magnetic beings, moving in wonderfully, electrifying bodies, running around with this all-encompassing capacity to influence and be influenced by others. Now, because we live in a world with predominantly low frequency fields of energy, and billions of people are vibrating more stress and anxiety than you want to know of, we involuntarily absorb those vibrations and react to them. Especially when we ourselves are not vibrating with high levels of energy. Life is all about energy. It moves. It has to move. And you are part of it.

Have you ever made the time to think about the results of ‘being boxed in?’

When a person is going through a stage of not feeling so good, he sends out low- frequency vibrations. Low frequency vibrations are every bit as powerful as high frequencies and they will attract unpleasant stuff back to you as sure as can be.

Let me radiate some of this enlightening information deeper into your life. Let us explore the realities of being ‘boxed in.’ Sit back and read the rest of the article with an open mind! It might just be a liberating experience. What I find most regretful is the fact that many times the box you are sitting in, is created and designed by someone who ‘knows more about something’ than you, like a mother, or uncle, or doctor, or professor of some sort. Or let me say, that is the general opinion. For example: You had a teacher in High School who told you that you are ‘really slow’ when it comes to figures and sums. You have never forgotten it. And it may be that every time you have to work with calculations, you hear the words of your Mathematics teacher and your brain goes into a spasm. It is not a happy thought. And by the way, it then does not function in first gear. You have been put in a box! Often you have read an article from highly praised authors or watched TV programs presented by respected persons. You listened. And you absorbed. And maybe they said something you somehow took into your mind. You gave it energy and it became part of how you think.
