e are introducing some new Microsoft Licensing courses covering SQL 2012 and Systems Centre 2012. We are also covering virtualising


licensing so the course will help you to understand how licensing works when Windows Server and applications such as Exchange, SharePoint and SQL are deployed in virtualised environments, and to understand the licensing implications of using VDI to deliver virtualised desktops to a variety of devices.


Tese are fast-growing areas of business so finding our feet early on could be very profitable. Te courses have been created in partnership with Microsoft and you won’t find them anywhere else. ystem Center 2012 helps customers manage their IT environments across physical servers, virtual servers, client computers, and devices. System Center 2012 server licenses will be available in two editions,


System Center 2012 Standard and System Center 2012 Datacenter. Each includes all updated and new components, differentiated by virtualisation rights only.


For customers considering System Center server management licences (SMLs) today, you should continue to offer the current System Center suites, Server Management Suite Enterprise (SMSE) and Server Management Suite Datacenter (SMSD). Tese suites include SA and therefore a grant to the new System Center 2012 editions. In addition, any Management Server License (the software used to monitor and control the servers being managed) also provides a grant to a System Center 2012 Standard license.Tis means customers can buy System Center today at current prices, and realise the benefits of System Center 2012 upon release.
