BY DAY, Paul Carruthers is founder of indie games studio AntHill Games, creators of Monkey Pole Climb. By night, he’s an award-winning brewer and champion of the recent Great British Homebrew Challenge. His recipe, Frank As Apollo, won two categories – Standard Bitters and Premium Bitters – and will be made by microbrewery Thornbridge. As of March 6th, it will be sold in Nicholson’s pubs during their three- month Spring Beer Festival.
