Q4 2012: THE MOST WONDERFUL TIME OF THE YEAR
Christmas 2012 is sure to bring with it plenty of massive blockbusters and guaranteed best-sellers. It’s only February and the line-up is already looking like a winner – who knows what other surprises lie in store at E3, Gamescom and other trade shows.
Firstly, you can always rely on the annual smash hits. A new Call of Dutyis confirmed and perhaps we’ll even see the Vita entry teased at last year.

RESIDENT EVIL IS BACK THE franchise has been biding its time since 2009, with only spin-offs like 3DS title The Mercenaries 3Dto satisfy Resident Evilfans. This year, Capcom unleashes no less than three new entries in the series. Revelationshas already arrived on 3DS, and next month sees the release of Operation Raccoon City. But all of this is just the build up to November 20th, when Resident Evil 6 will continue the main storyline of this ever-popular series.

HERE WII GO AGAIN NINTENDO’S next console Wii U is due for release in the UK before the end of the year, with a Christmas release window looking increasingly likely.
Just as it did in 2006, the platform holder will be looking to dominate the year’s busiest selling period so expect a healthy line-up of launch titles. Warner Bros has already
confirmed that the Wii U version of Batman: Arkham Citywill arrive this year, and there are new SKUs of several 2012 titles already in the works for the new console, including Darksiders II, Aliens: Colonial Marinesand Ninja Gaiden 3.
