High output and mass personalisation The chart (right), shows the comparison between an Amaya XTS – 6 head modular embroidery system versus a traditional fixed 6 head machine. The result shows a much higher output in weekly units produced with the Amaya XTS system against the competition, when stitching a variety of different stitch counts per design.
Amaya XTS is versatile – its multihead configurations can adapt to all production demands. These systems produce work orders not possible on conventional machines. Amaya Modular systems are not affected by single thread breaks like fixed head machines when all heads shut down. On the Amaya XTS only the head with the thread break stops leaving all other heads in full production. In addition to the ability to handle large production jobs, the heads can operate independently to fulfil small personalisation orders or samples without affecting the main production.
With speeds of up to 1500 stitches per minute and fully automatic thread tensioning, the Amaya XTS produces excellent

quality embroidery in the shortest possible time. Amaya Sales UK challenge existing embroiderers to compare their existing machines with the Amaya XTS on both performance and quality.
Melco launched Amaya machines well over eight years ago and they are now well established as leaders in modular multi-head and single head embroidery machines. Amaya XTS can be simply configured from a multi-head to any combination required to match your production requirements. They have machines in many high profile establishments such as Rolls Royce, London College of Fashion and Huddersfield Textile Department. ■ For more information or to arrange a demonstration call 02392 590281, email
