Retro styles, such as the flat cap and the fedora/trilby, continue to be be best-sellers on the high street, having unisex appeal and suiting people of all ages. “Headwear designs from yesteryear are all the rage at present, and have broad appeal,” Roger McHugh, Beechfieldʼs managing director, confirms. “The new Vintage Flat Cap and our established Fedora style could be worn by fashion-conscious people of all ages. Just look at the demographic of the modern music festival to understand how current street fashions are now worn by people of all ages.” The B626 is made in black 100% heavy washed cotton herringbone fabric. It comprises three panels – a large central panel and two generously sized side panels designed with

decoration in mind. The panels cover a concelaed, pre-curved peak, which gives the cap both shape and structure. The inside is lined for a high quality finish and elastication at the rear of the main panel ensures a comfortable fit. The Vintage Flat Cap is available in Small/Medium and Large/X-Large.


Other urban designs include two rapper caps and a modern trucker style. The B665 Rapper Cap, with its


signature large flat peak, is a staple of the urban wear wardrobe. Made in 98% cotton/2% elastane fabric, this high quality item features an elasticated crown, custom seam-tape finishing, and a Beechfield Smartfit branded sticker to the peak.
