South Africa CAPE OF GOOD HOPE
South Africa expects to start reaping the benefi ts of its 2010 World Cup facelift. Improved infrastructure, transport links and new hotels mean visitors are better looked after too, with some attractive value-added deals on offer, says Steve Hartridge and Roger St. Pierre
