Festival puts Orlando on gig map The Killers, Bob Seger, the Silver
Bullet Band, The Doobie Brothers and Kid Rock will be the headline acts at a new music festival in Orlando this November. The Central Florida destination
hopes that by attracting big-name acts the festival will put it on the tourism map for reasons beyond its
theme parks. Orlando Calling (November 12-13) will be a weekend-long festival at the Citrus Bowl Park, featuring four stages, of American artists representing most musical genres, such as rock, blues, country, alternative, modern folk and R&B.
