updated training programme will be unveiled this month (September). The programme has been re-modelled
to allow agents to choose both their areas of ‘specialisation’ and ‘expertise’. The 12 modules are structured in a way
that after completing Module One, which provides an overview of all 50 states, agents then choose to train on either the ‘best-selling individual states, such as New York, California and Florida, or complete models on the various regions. There are three different levels agents
can work towards: • Bronze Ambassadors – Module One and any other TWO modules
• Silver Ambassadors – Module Two and any other FIVE modules
• Gold Ambassadors – All 12 modules

away 10 goody bags, each packed with pens, post-it notes, luggage labels and more, to 10 agents who complete training in September. The destination ran a fam trip, with

Time for a change in Samoa Samoans will be able to empathise
with Rip Van Winkle when they go to bed on December 29 2011 – they will wake up on December 31, missing out December 30 altogether. After midnight on December 29, Samoa changes time zones, putting it ahead of GMT rather than behind, as it is currently. Samoa currently lies to the east of the dateline but the time zone change at the
