This unique core conditioning, sculpting and stretching class uses a dancer’s barre to hang from or to hold onto for support. Participate in a variety of group exercise classes intended for all fitness levels by purchasing visits that will be tracked by a play pass. Check our Group Exercise schedule and choose a class that meets your needs.


Group Exercise options are available in one, 10- or 20- visit denominations and can be purchased by walk-in registration at the Recreation Center. Fitness Center members can add an Unlimited Group Exercise to their active membership. See Membership Types for more information. Mail-in registrations are not accepted. By purchasing a Play Pass, you are agreeing to present your pass at each class prior to participating.


If you are attending any of the Pilates or yoga classes you are encouraged to bring your own mat.
