Learn the martial art of Japanese karate taught by instructors from the Illinois Shotokan Karate Club under the direction of four-time National Champion and U.S. Karate National Coach John DiPasquale. Participants gain discipline, confidence, flexibility and stamina as well as learn self-defense. Punches, blocks and kicks are covered in this class. No class November 26.

TKids Karate Club and Safety Time his progressive martial arts program teaches the basics in karate, self-


defense, sparring and safety. Parents may participate with their children at no additional cost as part of our parent helper program. Family involvement and respect are key elements and children are encouraged and motivated to do their best in all aspects of their lives.
