Climb next to the River Clyde Welcome to the Glasgow Riverside River Rat
Race – a stunning new urban adventure running event set against the backdrop of the mighty River Clyde. Splash, jump, kayak and climb your way across a truly unique running course, linking together many special water and shore based activities en route.
The Riverside Rat Race has been designed by the guys behind the legendary Rat Race Urban Adventure events, partnering with the brand new Riverside Museum and See Glasgow. It’s a 10km walking or running journey along the banks of the Clyde, interspersed with adventure activities based on, near (or in!) the river. It takes place on Sunday 21st August and starts at 2pm. You can take part as a solo participant or with your mates or family as a group.
