in business... in what has become a challenging market.

Kevin & Torrie - Congratulations on Ten Years in the industry! I well
remember being thrilled when I received that first issue. Having been
in the business just a couple of years at that time, it was such an
encouragement to find a professional trade journal that was there for
me, for my shop, to help me with so many needed ideas and to help me
succeed. I am so excited that you have survived, and are continuing to
be there for the independent retailer. Keep up the good work, and God
bless your efforts in this business that means so much to so many, as we
strive to preserve memories for a lifetime.

Torrie - I’m thrilled to hear y’all are making 10 years! That’s wonderful!
I want to tell you that I always look forward to your magazine, so I can
keep abreast of what’s going on out there. I don’t have time to really
scrap for myself anymore, nor do I have the time to just sit and “play”
online and see what everybody else is doing, so I feel kind of sheltered
and cut off from “reality”. Your magazine always lets me know what
the “happenin’ thing” is, and so many times I’m completely surprised at
what I find out--so I thank you! Keep up the awesome work.
Kudos also, for having a very friendly, personal, and easy company
to deal with. That has made all the difference to me. My e-mails have
always been answered, regardless of what my concern was. That means
a lot! Your customer service is, and has been, outstanding, right from
the beginning. Best of luck for at LEAST another 10 more!
