Letter from the Chairman
Dear Colleague:
Since 1921, thousands of association and chamber professionals
have attended the U.S. Chamber’s Institute for Organization
Management. Today, Institute remains the most recognized
and valued education program in the industry, with a history
of producing the finest leaders. As an Institute graduate, I have
benefited personally and professionally from the camaraderie
throughout my Institute experience. As this year’s chairman, it is my
hope to familiarize all association and chamber professionals with
Institute and to educate them on the importance of this program.
I encourage you to take time to read through this catalog. Explore our innovative courses and
discover the experiences each Institute site offers. Turn the pages and find out why Institute is not
only a four-year program, but also a lifelong learning opportunity. I am confident that Institute
remains one of the best investments you can make for your professional development, your career,
