Enrollment Fees
Your enrollment fee includes tuition, materials, scheduled meals, breaks, and receptions. You are responsible
for transportation, housing, meals, and incidental expenses. For travel agent services, call MacNair Travel at

Special rates, incentive programs, and scholarships cannot be combined.
Group Pricing
An organization sending multiple students to any Institute site during the 2009 season pays the regular fee for
the first student and only $995 for each additional student.
Friends and Family Incentive
Association Committee of 100, Chamber of Commerce Committee of 100, and Elite members of the
U.S. Chamber can send their staff to Institute as first-year students for only $725. This incentive must be
used at the time of enrollment. Contact the Institute office at (202) 463-5570 for the promotion code.
Payment Policies
You will receive a confirmation e-mail upon registration indicating your payment credit and balance, your
course schedule, and site information. If a minimum deposit of $250 is not received by the early enrollment
deadline for your site, Institute reserves the right to cancel your enrollment. Payment is due in full prior to
attendance. Institute charges $30 for any returned checks.
