St. Modwen seeking to grow business in the North West
In May 2019, St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics launched as a dedicated business unit to drive forward the company’s growth. Since, the developer has strengthened its North West team with two experienced professionals – Development Director, Stuart Murray and Asset Manager, Sarah Williams. Having ramped up its pipeline across the region, St. Modwen has developed several high-profile schemes now available in the North West and is seeking further local development opportunities.

Moorgate Point
Moorgate Point provides over 450,000 sq ft of high-quality space to suit a multitude of occupiers in the Knowsley area of Liverpool. Junction 4 and 5 of the M57 are a quarter of a mile from the site, where two warehouse units are currently available for occupation:
Unit 1 – 27,900 sq ft Unit 2/3 – 140,000 sq ft
Stonebridge Business Park
Stonebridge Park is a 30-acre site strategically located on the A580 in north Liverpool, 1.5 miles from Junction 4 of the M57. It provides high- quality, industrial & logistics accommodation with two units currently available for occupation:
Unit 52 – 52,000 sq ft Unit 15 – 32,500 sq ft
Chamberhall Business Park
The scheme provides a range of high-quality, manufacturing and logistics spaces in Bury, Greater Manchester, near the M66 and Metrolink. The site currently provides up to 400 jobs, supporting the ‘Bury But Better’ strategy. In January 2019, a further 35 jobs were created when Burgaflex signed a pre-let for an 18,000 sq ft unit. Four units remain available to occupiers, totalling 44,000 sq ft (11,000 sq ft each).
