The North West 2020 Annual Survey

St. Modwen seeking to grow business in the North West

In May 2019, St. Modwen Industrial & Logistics launched as a dedicated business unit to drive forward the company’s growth. Since, the developer has strengthened its North West team with two experienced professionals – Development Director, Stuart Murray and Asset Manager, Sarah Williams. Having ramped up its pipeline across the region, St. Modwen has developed several high-profile schemes now available in the North West and is seeking further local development opportunities.

Stuart Murray, Development Director at St. Modwen, said: “Our business approach is customer-centric, and we are acting on market demand to build a range of unit sizes at our key schemes in the North West. “We are confident our high-quality warehouse space will prove attractive to occupiers at some of the region’s foremost logistics locations and look forward to growing our class-leading portfolio of customers.”
