Maxtron Show Lighting B

ased in Hong Kong with a production facility in Dalian, northeast China, Maxtron Show Lighting (MSL) provides lighting solutions to the amusement industry. More

than 200 LED light systems are powered by Maxtron Show Lighting Worldwide. Maxtron has maintenance and installation partners, and a spare

parts outlet, in the US and Europe and besides having distribution centres in the US, Europe and Hong Kong, works with sales representatives in several countries.

The technology Maxtron show light systems are operated on three wire technology; this technology was designed to operate segments of light systems on three lead wires to save installation work and material. Our systems can bridge long distances with only one signal

wire, without needing to shield any wires shield wires. They are also designed to withstand physical impact (vibration), environmental impact (water, heat and cold) and more. The basic version of the system is a memory chip operated

system, which can be linear or matrix, and comes with a pre-set programme. However, there is optional software for custom programming that allows the customer to design and programme light shows in-house, with a special configured input software, matching the needs and the layout of that system. This also makes customised event programmes possible. What’s more customised light fixtures (individual aluminium

fabrication) can also be shaped and built to fit onto scenery or for signage. On the innovation side, we are seeing more customers trying to

use MSL Show-light systems to create additional revenue. For example, a light on wheels that can be programmed to display brand advertising all day or projecting big company logos on a 50-meter Ferris wheel. We can accomplish that. Creating lighting landscaping, which is where several systems

operate in-sync is attractive to operators as well, as energy savings are becoming an increasingly important factor. Maxtron Show Lighting offers the most complete show light

system available, with direct and indirect lighting fixtures operating off the same signal.

The signal compatibility also offers the option of extensions and additional lighting for future projects.

2021 achievements Every large-scale system requires innovation. We follow our motto: if we don’t already have it in our collection, we will produce it. Which is why, whilst the proven three-wire technology to power up and control the lights stays the same, the technology behind the scenes has changed. New controller programmes have been designed for more possibilities. New Show-light designs can now be added easier, faster and

more precisely through our new ColorLabs App 2.4 with new Video input options. We have also widened our range of LED Spotlights to include

stronger LED technology for even brighter lights. The variety of different light modules has grown over the last

year with approvals [CE, ETL] of several agencies [TÜV, Intertek…], including IP67 certification. New capacities for aluminum decoration productions have also

been created to help our customers with the design together with their teams and the production of complete installation, instead of providing the components only. New designs for controller and power enclosures have been

developed to improve water and heat resistance. In 2021 we even developed new light designs for rollercoasters, alongside the manufacturers.
