The Recreatex platform ensures fast, accurate processing of high volumes of visitors and uses the latest ticketing software to integrate with numerous ticket sales channels. In addition, the Recreatex software allows customers to buy exhibition tickets or manage their memberships online, and we offer a state-of-the-art kiosk experience, provide hard and/or soft access control options which require minimal staff intervention.
Enviso Trade, easily connect with resellers With the introduction of Enviso Trade, venues have even more control over their ticket sales through third party resellers. Enviso Trade allows your reselling partners like Tiqets and Viator to easily integrate and sell tickets in real-time, scannable at the entrance and without having to provide additional staff interactions for vouchers.

Customers will have the tickets to access your venue without having to interact with staff, reducing cash handling by giving the resellers the option to manage the whole start journey of the customer, by providing payment options, rebooking and solving issues. The venue only has to send out invoices for the actual number of tickets sold through Enviso Trade.
Integrated payment solution Cash handling has never been so easy by integrating Enviso Pay (in partnership with Adyen) into your Recreatex software. Only requiring one contract with one supplier for all your operational needs for instant refunding, status check on tickets in the sales process, drop-out tracking on customers not finishing their booking, and use intelligent reporting for management. Venues can even reduce cash handling onsite by integrating QR table service, allowing customers to book their food and beverages through an online order system, integrated with Recreatex, where cash is not required in the restaurant, becoming a completely cashless operation/organisation. Venues across Europe integrate Recreatex and their access control functionalities more than
ever before, allowing visitors to book their tickets, collect their wristbands from a kiosk and using these for accessing the venue. Using the same wristband to access the locker, specific exhibitions and provide additional upselling options, and these are all recorded on the wristband to be paid once the customer is leaving the venue. It is also possible to provide a digital wallet for your customer, with prepaid balance to be spent inside the venue. All can be provided with a cashless system, kiosks, access barriers and door systems.
