Park Profile

How do you decide which manufacturers to work with, and how closely do you like to work with them when developing new rides and attractions? The selection of partners we work with, whether attraction providers or artisans and manufacturers, is based on maintenance of highquality standards. Leolandia team always manages and monitors the work of partners. Over the years, we have built and developed strong and lasting relationships of trust with our partners.
What seasonal events do you have planned this year? After the end of Summer, we’ll be launching our HalLEOween season (September 28th-November 10th), where the whole park will be themed for kids-Halloween, so no fear but funny ghosts, muddler withes and hilarious pumpkins. After that, the atmosphere changes for our Enchanted Christmas season (November 16th- January 6th) where kids can have a lot of fun in a typical winter theming. Tell me about your food offering. At Leolandia you can choose from a wide
offer of restaurants and bars with 100% Italian meat hamburgers, topped pizzas, homemade piadina (Italian flatbread), snacks with freshly prepared chips and salamella (Italian pork sausage), skewers and many more. You can also have more healthy meals with freshly prepared salads, a varied buffet with seasonal dishes, a selection of dishes and sandwiches made from km 0 and traditional Italian ingredients, also thanks to the collaboration with Slow Food.
For specific requirements, you can also find gluten free products and menu
prepared in cooperation with Italian Association of Celiac disease. And that’s not all: for dinner families can enjoy La Tana di Leo, a table-service restaurant with indoor playground for kids where they can have fun and adults may relax.
Tell me about your retail offering. In the park there are 13 point of sales, with five big multi-item shops, six IP-themed shops and corners and 2 smaller kiosks. We offer a wide range of branded and co-branded products, with
How do you see the park developing over the next few years? The park will continue to improve its offer, proposing top quality experiences before, during and after the visit. We will aim to develop the warmest welcome for families, facilities and above all services dedicated to them: perceived value will be the best weapon against competition. We will continue to support the theming of the areas, creating experiences and
worlds of impact: this will help us to better tell about Leolandia, to reaffirm its positioning with families and to increase brand awareness and recognition. The park will extend its useful surface and will be the subject of profound
developments over the next 5 years: a new concept of catering, other shows and animations, a water park, futuristic development with themed resorts, an FEC, and it will extend its calendar to cover the whole year.
What is Leolandia’s USP in terms of Italian parks? Leolandia is the only theme park in southern Europe specifically dedicated to families with kids under 10 years, where everything (rides, shows, IPs, animals, events but also services) are thought and designed to fit their needs and expectations. That’s why Leolandia is, for the third year in a row, the No.1 park in Italy basing on Tripadvisors’ Travelers’ Choice ranking for Theme Parks, but also 5th in Europe and 14th in the World.
