Tell me about your food and retail offer? We have a big offer with pizza, fries but also an á la carte restaurant, Subway (new this year!) and an all-you-can eat buffet. Our retail offer is also really big. You can customise items


like t-shirts, caps and bracelets. We have a ‘best friend factory’ where you can make your own bear. We have some clothes stores and of course, Wild West stores.


Talk me through the development of the ‘resort' and your current accommodation offer? We began with a very simple accommodation offer, which we grew to include seven different types of accommodation and a campsite. Our latest accommodation is the Raccoon Lodge; a luxury


option designed for six adults. All of our accommodation has a wild-west theme. We even have some wigwams.


How big a proportion of your guests are from overseas and do you employ any strategies to attract international visitors in particular? 30% of our guests are German, 5% other countries and 60% Dutch. We mainly have a strategy for Dutch and German guests,


but we also work with tour operators in the UK, Scandinavia and Israel.


What are the current trends in the theme park market? Experiences, experiences, experiences.


What are your plans for Slagharen Theme Park & Resort in 2019 and beyond? We have some space to expand the theme park, when exactly we will do that I cannot say.
