Still, there are bright spots. Physical visits rose to 5.2 million, and the organization continues to invest in enhancing the guest experience. The closure of the iconic Zandvoort location in early 2025 marked the end of an era — and the beginning of a new chapter focused on innovation and sustainability.
A key focus remains on prevention. In 2024, Holland Casino conducted over 12,000 prevention conversations, many with young adults. Entry bans were issued in cases of suspected money laundering or problematic gambling behavior. This proactive approach underscores the company’s deep sense of social responsibility.
