CEO INTERVIEW – DUNCAN FAITHFULL
Importantly, our ambition goes beyond technology alone. We are focused on building genuine partnerships and providing the ongoing support that allows our customers to innovate with confi dence. By combining cutting-edge solutions with close collaboration, Quixant is ensuring that our growth is aligned with the success of our customers.
Matt: What can we expect from Quixant in the next 12 months? Duncan: You’ll see us continue to execute the plan. That means deepening customer diversifi cation, driving adoption of our IP-led solutions, completing the IQON 3 rollout, and paving the way to future gaming market success through hardware and software innovation. Stay tuned for updates as we approach the ICE 2026 show.
Matt: Sustainability is becoming increasingly more important to customers; can you talk a little about Quixant’s efforts in this area? Duncan: Sustainability is central to Nexteq and Quixant. The Group achieved carbon neutrality in 2024 and has committed to Net Zero by 2050. We are aligning our work to fi ve UN Sustainable Development Goals, including expanding apprenticeships and supporting carbon-reduction projects. Within Quixant, we are embedding these principles into supply chain management and product design, ensuring we meet the expectations of both regulators and customers.
Matt: What else can you tell me about the company’s activity Duncan: There are a couple of additional points that I think capture deeper pieces of what we are building with Quixant: 1. Market-entry and localised growth: The Brazil win is especially signifi cant - not just for the revenue, but as proof that our strategy of tailoring hardware and software offerings, building partnerships, and preparing for regulatory shifts pays off. We are not just building for existing markets but entering emerging ones with purpose.
2. Building genuine partnerships: Beyond products, we have strengthened our channel in LatAm, especially in Brazil, via partnership with Novatrade, and deepened engagement at ICE and other shows in Brazil and Spain throughout the year. These relationships allow us to support customers end-to-end - not just delivering hardware and software, but helping them with regulatory, local support, supply chain and customisation.
3. Confi dence in the roadmap: We believe the combination of our enhanced hardware families, more fl exible product confi gurations, and our growing software offering gives our customers all they need to move faster, reduce risk, and be competitive. The Brazil PO, ICE launches and volume growth are signs that we are executing that roadmap well.
