What do the next steps for that look like to you?


Our next steps involve continuing to expand our licensing efforts across other regulated markets. Europe remains a core focus for us, and we are already in the process of applying for licenses in several other countries. Each year, we aim to enter new regulated markets, ensuring that our solutions are available to operators who need compliant and high-quality products. The future looks promising, and our compliance team is working diligently to ensure that we meet all the necessary regulatory standards in these markets.


We are also focusing on the Latin American and African markets, as these regions show significant growth potential. We hope to secure licenses in additional jurisdictions, allowing us to continue expanding globally. By consistently aligning our products with the regulatory requirements of each market, we ensure that our partners can trust in the security and reliability of our solutions.


You made some significant partnership announcements in Latin America. How important has that market been for Digitain this year?


Latin America has been a key area of focus for us in 2024. One of our most significant developments in the region was our partnership with Colombo Sport in the Dominican Republic. This partnership marks a major milestone for us as it opens up new opportunities in a regulated Latin American market.


Colombo Sport is a well-established betting brand, and their reputation for excellence in customer service aligns perfectly with our own values. This partnership not only strengthens our presence in the Dominican Republic but also positions us for further expansion in Central Latin America.


The Latin American market is gaining the attention of the entire iGaming industry, and for good reason. Many countries in the region are starting to regulate online gambling, creating new opportunities for operators and providers alike.


The growth potential is immense, and we are committed to capitalizing on these opportunities. In response to the increasing demand, we have significantly expanded our team dedicated to the region, ensuring that we have the resources in place to support our operations and partners there.


You launched some in-house solutions this year, like Centrivo CRM. Why do you think it’s important Digitain provides a one-stop solution?


Our in-house solutions, such as Centrivo CRM, are designed to provide operators with

In today’s fast-paced iGaming industry, operators are looking for solutions that not only address individual needs but also work together as part of a unified platform. By offering a one-stop solution, we enable operators to streamline their processes, improve data connectivity, and ultimately make more informed decisions based on the complete picture.


The Centrivo CRM is crucial for operators looking to optimize their customer relationship management. It allows them to centralize player data, create targeted marketing campaigns, and effectively manage the entire player lifecycle, from onboarding to retention and reactivation. By using this system, operators can enhance player engagement, boost loyalty, and drive revenue growth. Similarly, the Centrivo Affiliate Platform empowers operators to manage affiliate marketing campaigns with ease, helping them acquire and retain new players while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.


Operators today expect solutions that can work together seamlessly. Providing a comprehensive, integrated solution not only simplifies operations but also enhances their ability to deliver a personalized experience for players, which is key to long-term success in the iGaming industry.


You must’ve spotted some new industry trends this year. What were they, and how have they changed the trajectory of your company’s roadmap?


One of the most significant trends we’ve observed this year is the growing role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the iGaming industry. AI is being used to deliver more personalized gaming experiences by analyzing player behavior and preferences. With AI, operators can offer more tailored game recommendations, bonuses, and promotions, which significantly enhance player engagement. At Digitain, we’ve integrated AI into our Sportsbook through our AI-recommendation engine, which helps operators make data-driven decisions and boost their revenue by offering personalized betting options based on players’ habits. Another emerging trend is the increasing demand for immersive social interaction


features. Players today, especially the younger generation, expect more than just a solitary gaming experience. They want to engage with other players, participate in live chats, and share their experiences in real-time.


Our SportChat tool, which allows player- to-player interaction, has been a game-changer for our partners. This tool has created a sense of community among players, and we’ve seen a 20% increase in bets placed by players who actively participate in SportChat discussions. By integrating these features, we’re helping operators create more engaging and interactive environments for their users. As we look ahead, these trends will continue to shape our product development strategy. We are constantly monitoring market developments and adjusting our roadmap to ensure that we remain at the forefront of innovation in the iGaming space.

This event is a key part of our calendar, and we are excited to showcase the latest updates to our products there. ICE Barcelona is going to be a larger event than ever before, with more attendees and a bigger venue, so we are working hard to ensure that our presentation is even more impressive. We will be introducing several product updates, and we’re eager to demonstrate how we’re continuing to push the boundaries of innovation.


Looking beyond ICE, 2025 will be a year of continued growth for us. Our focus will remain on Europe and Latin America, particularly in markets like Brazil, which has recently regulated online gambling. We see huge potential in Brazil, and we’re ready to capitalize on it. In addition to this, we will continue expanding into Africa and Asia, where we see significant opportunities for growth.


At the heart of our strategy is our Sportsbook, which remains the crown jewel of our portfolio. We will continue to enhance its features, listen to feedback from our partners, and ensure that it remains the best in the market.
