INTERVIEW – SEBASTIÁN SALAT

games and platforms, from design to player experience. Our goal is to create games that not only entertain but also adapt to each user’s individual preferences. With AI we can analyze player behaviour accurately and make adjustments in real-time to ensure our games remain engaging and competitive. In addition, we are optimizing our internal systems to improve efficiency and long-term profitability. I am convinced that AI will play an important role in the future of gaming, and Zitro is at the forefront of this exciting transformation.

Ricki: As a company that has its real origins in Brazil and has skyrocketed in the industry under Johnny Ortiz’s leadership, one imagines that there are already plans to enter the new market of games that is opening up over there, firstly online where there are companies offering Crash social games. Could using this format be Zitro’s workhorse to put its technological foot in Brazil? Sebastián: At Zitro we consider that the opening of the Brazilian market is, without a doubt, a great opportunity to which we are devoting the utmost attention.

games to make them available to those companies that obtain a license to operate online casinos in Brazil. At the same time, we are investing heavily in the development of our range of products for the land-based market and will announce this in due course.

Ricki: What does the opening of the gaming industry in Brazil mean for Zitro? Sebastián: The long-awaited opening of the Brazilian market with its enormous potential, represents a great opportunity for Zitro, indeed. Our founder, Johnny Ortiz’s previous experience in the leadership of the old

Brazilian Video Bingo market, together with our current wide range of Video Bingo and Video Slots, plus other products, positions Zitro as the indisputable leader and true provider of reference in this future market. And you can be guaranteed, without a doubt, that we know how to satisfy the preferences of the Brazilian player like no one else.

Ricki: Finally, we have seen the progress of the Zitro Experience events in parallel with the industry trade fairs in Latin America this year. How has the reception of Zitro’s latest solutions and games been at these events? Sebastián: The response to our product range in Latin America has far exceeded our expectations. Those who have attended our events such as the Zitro Experience in Argentina, Mexico, and Peru, and the GAT Expo in Cartagena de Indias, have witnessed the great interest generated by our proven global performing games, including Fu Frog and Fu Pots, to which the media has been giving ample testimony. In addition, products such as Mega Lounge and the WAP line have been very well received in key markets such as Argentina, Peru, Paraguay, Panama, and Costa Rica.
