Ciertamente, el SBC Latinoamérica fue un evento más pequeño, sin embargo, el diseño de los stands conducía a un tráfico ordenado, con pequeñas reuniones llevándose a cabo en los espacios indicados, y donde saludamos a ejecutivos de las empresas que mostraban sus productos, y nos encontramos también con amigos y contactos de largo y trascendental alcance en la industria. Y tampoco podemos dejar atrás el excelente trabajo de nuestros amigos de Monografie en Argentina, presentando un SAGSE especial en Mendoza conjuntamente con la Asociación de Loterías Estatales de Argentina (ALEA), llevaron a cabo el evento más importante de reguladores del año, durante los días 8 al 10 de noviembre, además de la asamblea extraordinaria de ALEA, con conferencias para ejecutivos de alto nivel con el trasfondo del inconfundible paisaje cordillerano de fondo mendocino. Solo queda desearles todo lo mejor en el año 2023 que se viene, después de disfrutar de unas fiestas maravillosas. ¡En horabuena!

However, effective booth design led to an orderly traffic, with small meetings taking place in appropriate spaces, where we greeted executives of companies showing their products and also meet friends and contacts of long and transcendental standing in the industry. by our friends from Monografie in Argentina presenting a special SAGSE in Mendoza together with la Asociación de Loterías Estatales de Argentina (ALEA), setting up the most important regulators event of the year, during the days 8 to 10 November, as well as ALEA’s EGM and conferences for high- level executives under the magical background of an unmistakable Andean Mendoza mountains landscape. Mincetur publica pre-reglamento para el juego y apuestas online
El ministro de Comercio Exterior y Turismo - Mincetur, Roberto Sánchez anunció el proyecto de reglamento de la Ley N° 31557, que regula la explotación de juegos y las apuestas deportivas a distancia, una iniciativa del Mincetur trabajada para iniciar la recaudación tributaria en esta actividad. De esta manera, con la finalidad de
garantizar la transparencia y acceso a la propuesta normativa, la Dirección General de Juegos de Casino y Máquinas Tragamonedas del Mincetur ha presentado el pre- reglamento (ENLACE), en el marco de la Consulta Pública Regulatoria, a fin de asegurar la participación de los interesados en la materia, y así, puedan presentar sus comentarios, sugerencias y opiniones. El texto del pre-reglamento cuenta con cincuenta y tres artículos que van desde las disposiciones generales, autorizaciones de la actividad, plataformas tecnológicas, laboratorios de certificación, registro de proveedores, y más, y debe estar oficialmente aprobado para inicios de diciembre 2022. La Ley fue promulgada por el Gobierno el pasado 12 de
agosto, y apunta a una recaudación estatal de unos S/ 160 millones anuales, que serán invertidos en desarrollo del turismo; la promoción de la salud mental; y otros programas del Gobierno. Según la Ley menciona, el Mincetur es la única autoridad administrativa a nivel nacional que regula, autoriza, revoca, fiscaliza y sanciona la explotación de los juegos a distancia y apuestas deportivas a distancia.

PERU Mincetur online gambling and sports betting regulation draft
The Minister of Foreign Trade and Tourism, Roberto Sánchez, has announced the publication of a regulations draft for Law No. 31557, covering exploitation of online gambling and sports betting, as an initiative by the Ministry – Mincetur – designed to begin tax collection on this activity for the country. The online gambling regulations draft is a way to guarantee transparency and access to the regulatory proposals prepared by Peruvian gaming regulator, Dirección General de Juegos de Casino y Máquinas Tragamonedas, a Mincetur department, within the framework of Regulatory Public Consultation laws, in order to ensure the participation and contribution of interested parties in this matter by submitting their comments, suggestions and opinions. The text of the pre-regulation draft has fifty-three articles ranging from
general provisions, activity authorizations, technological platforms, certification laboratories, supplier registration and more, and must be officially approved by the beginning of December 2022. After being approved in the Plenary of Congress, the
government ratified the Law on August 12, 2022, and it is expected to generate around US$42 million yearly in tax revenue for the country, to be invested in tourism development, mental health promotion programmes, and other Government projects. According to the Law, Mincetur is the only administrative authority at national level that regulates, authorizes, revokes, supervises and sanctions the exploitation of online gambling and sports betting.
