La Revista Dinero ha publicado el ranking de las 5.000 empresas líderes en Colombia en 2019 por sector, bajo el recital: “El tejido empresarial del país está herido, pero no derrotado. Las grandes compañías saben que gran parte de la reactivación está en sus manos y para eso están reactivando proyectos que les permitirán volver a crecer. Estas serán las nuevas locomotoras del país”. De acuerdo con la publicación, 2019 fue un buen año para el sector


privado, en el que 40 compañías aumentaron sus ingresos en más de 1.000% y 165 subieron sus utilidades en ese porcentaje. En la clasificación de juegos de suerte y azar se sumaron a la lista de las 15 empresas con mayores ventas e ingresos compañías de juegos localizados (Casinos y Bingos), juegos novedosos (baloto y Súper Astro), las loterías y las apuestas permanentes. El ranking del sector lo encabezan el Grupo Empresarial en Línea (Gelsa), con ventas de COL$634.638 millones (US$170,8 millones) y utilidades de COL$27,275 millones (US$7,3 millones), siguiéndole, el Winner Group, Super Astro, con ventas superiores a los 100 millones de pesos.

Big companies know that much of the reactivation is in their hands and for that they are reactivating projects that will allow them to grow again. These will be the country’s new growth engines.” According to the publication, 2019 was a good year for the


private sector, in which 40 companies increased their revenue by more than 1,000% and 165 raised their profits by that percentage. In the ranking of Gambling and Lotteries companies there are 15 casino and lottery companies in the ranking with the highest sales and revenue.


The industry ranking is headed by the online company Grupo Empresarial en Línea (Gelsa), with sales of COL$634.638 million (US$170.8 million) and profits of COL$27,275 million (US$7.3 million), followed by Winner Group and Super Astro, with sales in excess of 100 million pesos.
