it was no surprise to see another category split industry opinion – with Aspers Group and The Hippodrome Casino, London both taking home the award for Best UK Marketing Programme for the Aspers World Loyalty Programe and Magic Mike Live respectively. The Hippodrome Casino, London also clinched the top spot in the Independent UK Casino Operator of the Year category and Aspers Group received the award for Best UK Casino Customer Service, while the prestigious title of Best UK Casino Restuarant – a unique category in which consumers were permitted to vote – went to 27 Restaurant & Bar (Crown London Aspinalls). In addition to the operator awards, three accolades were presented for the very best products in the sector. Evolution Gaming’s Live Roulette picked up the Best UK Table Gaming Product (including ETG) honour while the award for Best UK CMS/Software Programme was presented to Playtech/
