Novy expands its sales support team with the appointment of Betsi Fuenmayor as business development manager
Kbsa announces KBB Industry Conference website live for bookings
T
he Kbsa has announced that the website for the KBB Industry Conference 2024 is now live, with places
selling fast.
Experienced broadcast journalist Emma Crosby will facilitate the conference which has a theme of empowering and enhancing excellence, and comedian Ronni Ancona is the host for the Kbsa Design Awards dinner.
“We are delighted with the positive response to this year’s theme and are building an agenda designed to inspire and inform,” says Kbsa chair Richard Hibbert.
“The Big Debate will take place again, with a number of new elements to make this format even more engaging. Guest speakers are yet to be announced but will cover topics that are relevant to the KBB retail market. These will include sales and marketing, artificial intelligence and business coaching.”
The KBB Industry Conference 2024 takes place at the Belfry Hotel and Resort, West Midlands. It will include the popular retailer dinner the evening before the conference, Tuesday 08 October. The Awards dinner will follow the conference on Wednesday 09 October. “We hope to attract even more retailers than last year for what will be a must attend event,” concludes Richard. iddleby Residential UK is pleased to announce the appointment of Betsi Fuenmayor as business development manager for the Novy brand. Originally from Venezuela, Betsi has lived in the UK since 2017, where she has worked in sales, sales development, service and brand marketing roles. She has an MBA in international business and marketing and is bi-lingual in Spanish and English.

Based at the AGA Rangemaster UK offices in Telford, Shropshire, Betsi reports directly to Jenny Hyatt, sales and marketing director, Middleby Residential UK. Her role includes telesales support and customer relationship management for existing Novy accounts. She is also responsible for the development of strategic new business for the induction, extraction and lighting specialist.
