A
s one of the standout exhibitors at KBB Birmingham 2024, TLW Global captivated attendees with its latest innovations in LED lighting solutions for furniture. The event provided an invaluable platform for TLW Global to engage with both existing clients and potential customers, demonstrating its commitment to excellence and reinforcing its leadership position in the market.
“KBB Birmingham was truly an exceptional experience for TLW Global,” says Jason Huges, MD. “The event provided us with an invaluable platform to not only reconnect with our existing clients but also forge meaningful relationships with new ones. It was an ideal setting to showcase our latest product innovations, which we had been eagerly developing and refining.
“Throughout the show, our booth buzzed with activity as visitors explored our offerings and engaged in insightful discussions. We were thrilled to receive such positive feedback on our products, reaffirming our commitment to delivering excellence in every aspect of our business.”
The success at KBB Birmingham 2024 reflects TLW Global’s strong performance in the first quarter of 2024. With a record number of new customers onboard, the company has demonstrated its ability to deliver exceptional value and service, further solidifying its position as a trusted provider of lighting solutions. “We’ve experienced remarkable momentum in the first quarter of 2024, welcoming a record number of new clients. This underscores the strength of our value proposition, which is centred on delivering high-quality solutions at competitive prices,” adds Jason.
Looking ahead, TLW Global has outlined ambitious goals for the year, aiming to increase awareness of its diverse product range and highlight the numerous applications for its lighting solutions. The company also seeks to emphasise the added value that integrated lighting brings to furniture design, both in terms of aesthetics and functionality.
In line with industry trends, TLW Global anticipates a growing demand for dotless continuous light output with seamlessly integrated solutions. “This trend is gaining momentum as

designers and manufacturers seek to achieve a sleek and cohesive aesthetic while maintaining optimal functionality,” says Jason. “Our new range of COB HAZE tapes perfectly aligns with this trend, offering a solution that delivers precisely what clients are looking for. By providing a dotless continuous light output, our COB HAZE tapes in IP and non-IP ensure uniform illumination without any visible interruptions or harsh contrasts. This creates a smooth and visually pleasing lighting effect that enhances the overall ambience of any space.”

Lighting has the power to transform spaces, enhance functionality, and create unforgettable experiences for users
TLW Global’s entry into 2024 has been marked by impactful product launches, including the highly successful Loyalty Hub unveiled at KBB Birmingham. This platform, designed specifically for trade customers, offers a unique opportunity for loyal customers to accumulate points through online purchases and redeem them for enticing discounts on future orders.
Additionally, TLW Global has introduced TILE-IN LED Aluminium Profiles: “These profiles offer a sleek and modern solution for integrating
LED lighting into various architectural and design applications.”
I ask Jason what frustrations they face right now. “The primary frustration we’re facing right now revolves around the dynamics of showroom sales and the subsequent installation process. When showrooms fail to sell lighting alongside furniture or other products, they relinquish control over the final installation. This lack of control poses several challenges and risks for both our business and our clients. “When lighting is not sold through showrooms, it often means missed opportunities for revenue generation. Showrooms serve as crucial touchpoints where customers can experience firsthand the potential synergy between furniture and lighting. When lighting is not included in the showroom sale, the final installation may not meet the intended design vision or functional requirements. This disconnect between the showroom experience and the installation process can result in dissatisfaction among customers who may not be fully aware of the impact that lighting can have on their space.”
Looking forward, TLW Global has teased upcoming launches scheduled for the second half of the year, promising exciting developments on the horizon. With a steadfast focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, TLW Global remains committed to pushing boundaries and shaping the future of lighting solutions.
