Intuitive Extraction
The Plus X award-winning Novy Easy Pro is an 80cm vented induction hob featuring a quiet central matrix extractor. Once cooking has started, it will intuitively detect cooking odours and vapours, including their direction, if pans are only located on one side of the vent. It will
automatically regulate the extraction speed to quickly and quietly remove the vapours to leave clean air in the kitchen.
With an extraction or recirculation model to choose from, this powerful hob includes two large Flexzones that can be bridged for larger pans and it benefits from a wide range of functions that are designed to make surface cooking easier. This includes a special grill function which can be used with an additional grill accessory.
Create a Cooking Centre
The Novy Up collection consists of a range of different modular hob variations all separated by a retractable and directional downdraft ventilation tower that needs a short press downwards to rise by 11cm. Versions include Up Comfort and Power, flat surface induction hobs separated by the vent, the UP Power Teppan Yaki, with a modular induction hob on one side
and teppan on the other, or the Up Power Wok, which features a powerful induction wok and special concave pan. A single modular vented hob can be added to the side of any of the models to create a personalised surface cooking centre.
Uninterrupted Cooking Surface For clients that are seeking the uninterrupted surface cooking freedom of an induction hob, yet with a ventilation option, the Red Dot award- winning Novy Panorama is the ideal solution. The concealed ventilation tower is at the back of the hob and rises from its surface by up to 30cm. When cooking has ended, it retracts back to be completely concealed.
