FaberExposize invests in UK’s first Jeti Condor RTR5200 L

eeds based, FaberExposize has installed the UK’s first Jeti Condor RTR5200, Agfa’s flagship

5.2m roll-to-roll printer. With its exhibition and entertainment print business expanding at pace, the company needed to expand its fleet to introduce a dedicated 5m press that could handle multiple rolls simultaneously. Iain Clasper-Cotte, MD at FaberExposize UK, said: “We’ve been growing exponentially within exhibition and entertainment, and many of our clients wanted 5m-wide prints as well as 3.2m.

It was the only gap in our arsenal, and we wanted to fill it with a UV machine.” The Condor is capable of printing up to three rolls at once and reaching speeds of up to 672m sq/hr, and has features including clear fluid printing, high-opacity white ink and in-line varnish.

Despite its scale, the Condor integrated

effortlessly into the company’s existing workflow, running on the same RIP system and requiring no new software. Within its first week on-site, the team

was printing three rolls simultaneously, a testament to how quickly production ramped up.

Install, said: “Investing in advanced production technology allows us to increase capacity, improve efficiency and maintain the high standards our clients expect, while continuing to take on increasingly complex work.” The Neolt Shield 1650 is a high-

primarily for cold lamination but with optional heat assist, which adapts automatically to a variety of media thicknesses. The company’s decision to purchase the JWEI digital cutting table enabled BG Install to bring more processes in-house, improving efficiency while expanding the range of services it can offer. And with finishing now streamlined, BG Install expanded print capacity by adding the Canon Colorado M5W to its production line, addressing speed constraints and workflow delays caused by outgassing on its previous printer. The Canon Colorado M5W is Canon’s

flagship model in the M series, which offers up to 59m sq/hr, white ink, versatile matte and gloss finishes and double-sided printing.

DR Projects has

The KDR Projects team with the Vivid VeloBlade Nexus

over the past few years, KDR Projects took the decision to further bolster its services by purchasing a Vivid VeloBlade Nexus. Featuring an advanced toolset, including drag knife, crease wheel, V-cut knife, oscillating knife, and optional CNC router, the machine opens up all manner of opportunities to users. Kerry De Vos, KDR Projects director, said:

“After researching the machine and seeing it on the Soyang stand at Sign & Digital UK earlier in 2025, we found it was the best suited machine to our needs. “Since installation, it has been running

work such as cut to shape stickers, cardboard panels, jigsaw puzzles, outdoor graphics and various signage solutions. “Being able to cut boards and panels with the VeloBlade saves us either having to hand cut them or ordering them in cut to size. As a result, it has allowed us to save both time and money.”
