WOO to highlight four main themes at its annual congress

he World Out of Home Organisation’s 2026 Annual Congress has announced it
will focus on four main themes at its congress in London in June. It will return to London for the first time since 1990, and highlight the importance if creativity, sustainability, and the AdNetZero carbon calculator, the increasing importance of data and measurement, as well as the global challenge of regulation creep.
Heading up the creativity workstream will be Tim Bleakley, chairman of Ocean Outdoor, while Katrin Robertson, CEO at blowUP media leads on sustainability, Charles Parry-Okenden of Australia’s OMA will focus on data and measurement whilst Kai-Marcus Thaesler of the German OOH Association will lead WOO’s monitoring and action plan on regulation. Tom Goddard, WOO president, said: “We are delighted to be developing an active and lasting contribution to the
growth and health of the OOH industry through these initiatives.
“Our London Congress will mark an important step in this process as OOH successfully navigates its way through a rapidly changing media landscape. As such, I predict that London could well be WOO’s most important and far-reaching Congress to date.”
FASTSIGNS Birmingham relocates to boost productivity
ASTSIGNS Brimingham has relocated to a brand new 2000sq/ ft facility from its previous home on Great Charles Street in central Birmingham, where it operated for over 20 years. The new premises offer several
advantages, including an open plan layout, streamlining the production process and interior vehicle bays allowing for on-site temperature- controlled vehicle wrapping, a service that this team were previously unable to provide. The showroom will showcase
examples of signage solutions, from built-up letters to digital displays, helping customers to envisage their
signage solutions more tangibly. These improvements are set to streamline efficiencies for the centre’s diverse client base, which spans the education, healthcare, and retail sectors. Tom Gilpin, managing director of

FASTSIGNS Birmingham relocation UFABRIK appoints Sesoma as its new distributor in Finland U
FABRIK has appointed Sesoma as its new distributor in Finland, strengthening its presence in a territory where soft signage and polyester-based print applications are already well established.
This partnership has grown organically from UFABRIK’s existing relationship with the Sesoma sister companies in the Baltics and provide Sesoma Finals with its own polyester textile offering for the first time.
