Hidden loo off ers a solution for unusual spaces
UK startup Hidealoo is celebrating sales in 15 countries for its innovative toilet installation solution designed for small and hard-to-fi t spaces. The company’s rotatable frame allows
toilets to be hidden within cupboards or wall recesses, creating valuable counter and fl oor space in compact bathrooms. Inventor Monty Ravenscroft developed the idea while working on a tiny property and to help his invalid father. Since launching last year, Hidealoo has
seen orders from homeowners and property developers across the world, with customers using the frame in various unconventional locations beyond traditional bathrooms. The British-made Hidealoo frame supports
up to 400kg and has been tested through 250,000+ cycles, making it a versatile solution for maximising space. Monty Ravenscroft, Hidealoo founder and

Advanced thermostat controllers deliver balanced comfort and savings
To provide installers with a wider range of residential thermostat solutions, GF Building Flow Solutions has introduced two new Uponor Base Controllers, the X-60 and X-80. Designed for use with 230V
standard wiring, the new controllers feature advanced auto balancing technology that maintains optimal comfort in each room, ensuring a balanced heating and cooling system. The automatic balancing function adapts to changes in indoor temperature, regulating energy usage to improve effi ciency. The X-60 off ers auto balance heating with six zones and six actuators, while the X-80 provides auto balance heating with ten zones and twelve actuators, along with pump and boiler relay support, as
well as heating and cooling modes. The controllers are compatible with a
variety of 230V thermostats, including those from other manufacturers, off ering installers greater fl exibility in heating applications.
