HP launches AI-powered Workforce Experience Platform in the UK
HP has introduced the Workforce Experience Platform (WXP) in the UK, a managed service designed to improve IT operations and employee engagement. The platform integrates AI-driven analytics, sentiment tracking and automation to provide organisations with data-driven insights into their IT environments. WXP aims to help businesses enhance employee technology experiences while streamlining IT management. It incorporates device intelligence, user feedback analysis and predictive lifecycle planning, enabling companies to make informed decisions about hardware upgrades, security measures and operational efficiency. The platform offers a centralised dashboard that provides
real-time insights into device health, system performance and employee satisfaction with workplace technology.
