crises coming one aſter another – has thrown that truism into doubt. Crisis is arguably the biggest constant today. Many businesses, big and small, struggle


to deal with each crisis individually, and the situation worsens as they add up. And while businesses turn to their tech stack to help them address the effects of some crises, legacy technology, in particular on-premises comms, hasn’t kept pace and doesn’t deliver. Businesses need alternative solutions. Solutions that facilitate resilient hybrid working for teams. Te term ‘permacrisis’ refers to a prolonged


period of instability and insecurity, especially caused by a series of compounding or

by these crises, experiencing significant disruption to their operations. PwC data shows that 96% of organisations have experienced disruptions over the last two years, with 76% of the serious disruptions having had a medium-to-high impact on operations. In the light of many recent events, there’s every good reason to think the next two years will be much the same. To improve resilience and business continuity, future-proofing business operations is therefore a must.
