Kaseya Kaseya has named Rania Succar as Chief Executive Officer. Her appointment comes as the company continues to scale globally, reporting service to


approximately 50,000 MSPs and internal IT teams supporting SMB customers. Succar joins from Intuit, where she spent nine years leading


initiatives for small and mid-market business platforms, including QuickBooks Money and Mailchimp. Her work spanned payments, capital access, AI and messaging integration, and platform expansion. She also brings experience from Google, McKinsey, and Merrill


Lynch. Succar succeeds in taking leadership at a time when Kaseya is positioning for continued growth and a potential public offering.


Lenovo Lenovo has appointed Tikiri Wanduragala as UKI ISG Technology Leader. He steps into the role following his tenure leading ISG technology across EMEA, a position


he has held since joining Lenovo in 2015. Wanduragala will oversee pre-sales technology teams and provide


technical leadership across the UKI region. His remit includes supporting channel engagements and contributing to the alignment of product strategy. With over 30 years in IT, Wanduragala’s previous roles have


spanned application soſtware, testing and development, systems engineering, product management, and brand strategy. He began his career at IBM and has worked with customers across EMEA in both PSS and server technologies. Lenovo notes that his appointment is part of ongoing efforts


to enhance regional technology leadership and support partner- facing initiatives.


Netgear Netgear has appointed Massimo Mazzeo Ocello as Vice President of Global Systems Engineering, Customer Support and Services. His arrival coincides with the launch of a professional services catalogue for Netgear Business customers, beginning with commercial AV deployment support. Mazzeo joined Netgear in April 2025 from Ruckus/Commscope,


bringing more than two decades of experience in networking, wireless technologies, and cloud-based systems engineering. He reports to Pramod Badjate, President and General Manager of Netgear for Business. Netgear said that Mazzeo is contributing to a broader initiative to


expand service offerings and strengthen operational engineering and support for AV and IT customers.


Network Group Network Group has appointed Christopher Cassie as Business Development Manager (Vendors), with a focus on strengthening vendor engagement within the


member-owned MSP and IT reseller community. Cassie joins with two decades of experience in operations, vendor partnerships, and customer success strategy, including nearly

Qualys Qualys has appointed two senior executives to support its channel strategy and expand global partner programmes.


May Mitchell has joined as Chief Marketing Officer, bringing


over 25 years of experience in cybersecurity and channel-focused marketing across companies such as Symantec, Cylance, IBM, and most recently Human. Her past roles have involved developing partner ecosystems, branding, and demand generation. Chris Catanzaro assumes the role of Global Channel, MSSP,


and Alliances Leader, tasked with scaling channel operations and strengthening relationships with MSSPs and strategic partners. He has previously led partner programmes at SentinelOne, Halcyon, and other cybersecurity vendors. Qualys is also increasing regional hiring across field and channel


marketing to support localised partner engagement and campaign execution.


Solstice AV Solstice AV has named Louise Abbey as Marketing Director. She will lead the company’s marketing strategy and advise the board on partner engagement


and communications. Abbey brings more than 20 years of B2B marketing experience,


having held senior roles across vendor, distributor, and reseller organisations in the ICT sector. Her appointment follows recent milestones at Solstice AV, including the hiring of Chris Ball as Chief Finance and Operating Officer, and new UK distribution partnerships with LianTronics and i3CONNECT. Abbey is based at the company’s Gloucestershire headquarters and will report to Ball.


Synaxon UK Synaxon UK has named Samuel Chatterton as Account Manager, tasked with identifying new partners and supporting reseller engagement with the company’s distribution and marketplace services. Chatterton joins Synaxon with four years of


experience in account management and support roles in the distribution and ICT sector. He will focus on driving adoption of the Synaxon Hub and Marketplace platforms, which provide stock availability, ordering capabilities, and returns processing for reseller partners. Synaxon said that the appointment aligns with efforts to increase


partner usage of its platforms and strengthen personalised account management across its UK partner base.
