Fran Millar Fran Millar, Rapha


Rapha has announced that Fran Millar will become its new CEO, effective Monday, September 23. According to an update issued by the brand, Millar will offer an “unparalleled wealth of experience and passion for cycling” to Rapha, as it enters a new era of growth and innovation. “Fran Millar’s career is a testament to


her dedication to cycling and her ability to drive transformative change, ” said Steuart Walton, co-founder of RZC, the investment firm that acquired Rapha in 2017. “Her extensive background in the


cycling world includes pivotal roles with Team Sky and Team Ineos, where she played a critical role in securing seven Tour de France victories. ” Millar’s career began when she established the Face Partnership in 2000, which went on to represent a host of British cycling talent. Post Face, Millar played an important part in the successes of Team Sky and then Team Ineos Grenadiers. Following her success in cycling,

Haro Bikes has continued its expansion programme in Europe by appointing a country manager for Iberian market. Pasqual Canals will join the US-based


bike manufacturer to lead in Spain, Andorra and Portugal. Canals’ career in the bike industry spans nearly 10 years, working for brands including Intense, Ibis, Santa Cruz, Cervelo and Fox.
