Daxner unveils new Vib & Press machine

ebuting a new generation of more efficient machines at interpack, provider of solutions for the bulk solids industry, Daxner will be exhibiting its Vib & Press bag intake and control screening machine, which the company has said is the most efficient solution
when it comes to control screening sensitive and difficult products, as well as product intake. The new Vib & Press machine has an enlarged intake
opening and a larger screening area of 850mm diameter for higher throughput. In addition to this, it is now equipped

with a vibration spring system, which positively impacts its overall efficiency. Two vibro motors on the screen optimise performance, too. The operator is able to remove the cone of the new version,
offering convenience, in just a few steps. This means cleaning the machine is easier and contributes to the concept of hygienic design. As was found on the predecessor model, the entire top of the new Vib & Press can be removed using a simple tilting mechanism for fast and easy cleaning. Its round design prevents material residue and build up in corners and edges.
