Self-optimising chocolate lines For over a century Bühler has developed and refined the well-proven chocolate-making process DoMiReCo and could position itself as a market leader. Taking the responsibility, that comes with this role, Bühler made the step ahead and developed a digital ecosystem for their chocolate lines. Connecting solutions with intelligent sensors for optimal process control and thus boosting productivity, making the DoMiReCo a self-learning chocolate production.
