T
he high output of Theegarten-Pactec’s machines has often led to problems at the interface to a secondary packaiging machine., Theegarten-Pactec decided to develop their own secondary packging machine which will be presented at Interpack 2020, especially designed for the direct interconnection to the company’s primary packaging systems. Theegarten-Pactec’s other new development will be a machine which sets a new benchmark within chocolate wrapping. Still yet to be announced, this machine will combine 9 different primary wrapping styles in one machine. The setting can be switched between the different wrapping styles by the easy exchange of wrapping style specific format parts – proving remarkable flexibility.
The new developed machine also significantly increases the maximum output for packaged products. If the previous best mark was approx. 1,200 wrapped chocolate products / min, it now increases to 1,800, always depending on product size and wrapping style. The following exhibits will be on display at Interpack 2020 (Hall 1, Stand B51):
• EK4 - Worldwide fastest wrapping machine for hard candies in double twist (2,300 products / min)
• FPH5 - Wrapping machine for Jelly Products in Flow Pack (1,000 products /min)
• MCH - Wrapping Machine for Jelly Products in Double Twist (1,000 products /min)
• CWM2 – flexible wrapping machine for different wrapping styles in the mid speed range (up to 600 products / min)

•Vision Picker – optical detection of products from a disordered product stream, gripping by a robot system, defined insertion of the products into the feeding chain of the wrapping machine
• FPC5 - Wrapping machine for chocolate products in Flow Pack (1,500 products / min)
• CFW-S - Wrapping machine for chocolate bars in envelope fold (800 products / min)
• U1-D-CW+F1 - Cut and wrap machine for products in fold wrap and overwrapping in stick packs (2,000 single products / min and 300 stick packs / min)
• BCW3 = High Speed Wrapping machine for compressed products (Bouillon Cubes / Milk Powder Cubes) up to 1,700 products / min
• BCW-eco = Compact Wrapping machine for compressed products (Bouillon Cubes / Milk Powder Cubes) up to 850 products / min
