T
his award was the first of two for Dacombes of Wimborne
at this year’s ERT Awards. Its store offers a lounge area with sofas and chairs amongst a huge range of televisions and audio products. Recognising the demand for all things smart, the retailer introduced its smart home apartment and smart home brand, including networking and Wi-Fi infrastructure, multi-room audio, home cinema and control systems, late last year.
In addition to this, Dacombes of

“I think we’ve got quite an
impressive showroom – we spent a lot time thinking about the
layout of the showroom, the whole environment in fact, to demonstrate these products and really show off what we do.
“Our smart home apartment is packed with loads of cool gadgets and solutions for customers’ futuristic homes these days, so I think this might have played a part in us winning this award. “We’re so pleased and
