Montpellier Appoints Repair & Assure as Nationwide Service Partner

Republic of Ireland.
The partnership brings together Montpellier’s established appliance portfolio with Repair & Assure’s national service capability, supporting a shared focus on customer experience, service consistency, and clear communication throughout the repair journey.
Montpellier is a well-established brand within the domestic appliance market, supplying a broad range of refrigeration, cooking and laundry products across the UK and the Republic of Ireland through both independent and national retail channels. As customer expectations around aftersales support continue to increase, maintaining reliable and responsive service remains an important focus for the brand. Following the appointment, Repair & Assure will deliver nationwide repair and service support
across Montpellier’s appliance range. The Partnership is intended to support customers and retail partners with a consistent approach to aftersales service, while allowing flexibility within existing service arrangements where appropriate. The decision followed detailed discussions between the two companies around service capability, operational alignment, and the importance of delivering a clear and transparent customer journey. Repair & Assure was selected for its nationwide reach, structured service operation, and emphasis on communication throughout the repair process. Repair & Assure operates a service model designed to support customers from initial contact through to repair completion, with coordinated scheduling and regular updates aimed at keeping customers informed and supported. This approach is intended to minimise disruption while maintaining service standards aligned with the Montpellier brand. Speaking on the appointment, Toby Nicholls, Director of Repair & Assure, said the partnership
reflects a practical and aligned approach to aftersales support.
“Montpellier has a clear view of how it wants its customers to be supported after purchase,” said Nicholls. “Our role is to deliver that level of service consistently across the UK and the Republic of Ireland, with a strong focus on communication and reliability.” He added: “Working closely with manufacturers allows us to support their customers in a way that reflects the brand and its expectations.” The agreement was formally signed at Montpellier’s headquarters, marking the start of a nationwide partnership intended to support Montpellier customers across both markets.
