The Exclusively show (13th and 14th June at the Business Design Centre) has revealed the ‘best of the best’ on trend products for the coming 18 months and more, courtesy of trend forecaster, Scarlet Opus.

Disinfectant System DH Lifelabs is a new-to-the-UK company, already established in the USA. Drawing inspiration from nature and science to create innovative air purifiers and surface disinfectant systems that eliminate bacteria and viruses without the use of chemicals, its range creates healthier home environments. The Aaira Surface – a multi-purpose cleaning + disinfectant system made it onto the ‘best of the best’ list because it offers a sustainable, environmentally-friendly, health conscious and economic, way to disinfect non-porous surfaces in the home without any of the harsh chemicals found in traditional cleaning agents. It employs natural processes to create a natural cleaning solution that eradicates 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, including Streptococcus, H1N1 Influenza, and SARS-CoV-2.

Tramontina products have been featured on Scarlet Opus’ trend displays at Exclusively Shows in past years because of their impressive commitment to innovation and quality; consistently launching future-facing, industry-leading products. Its submission this year was the new Tramontina GURU™, a next- generation connected cooktop with a sleek design that actually helps you cook. It is a safe cooktop with induction heating, and it can be controlled with an app which contains hundreds of video-guided recipes, techniques, and even tips on using knives etc. The app controls cooking times and temperature (via its fully-integrated temperature sensors), guiding you through the entire cooking process step-by- step (incl. prep of the ingredients) with texts and videos.
Kiln Accents
Denby’s brand new Kiln Accents collection was selected for its warm, earthy tones and comforting hues that are transeasonal. The ochre, rust, slate, and taupe colours are reminiscent of powdered spices such as turmeric, cayenne, and ground peppercorns. They work particularly well when stacked or layered on top of each other – and the colours align with the warm, gently faded, nostalgic palette of Scarlet Opus’ Freethinkers trend. The shapes are extremely versatile – they can be used for many different practical and
decorative purposes all around the home, not just limited to kitchen and dining areas – and are robust enough to be used and enjoyed every day. All pieces are safe to use in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer, as well as in the oven.
