We work around our family and provide consistency to our girls. We’re basically living and loving life.” Kelly and Simon’s first property, a six-
bedroom home, set them on the way to a 15.5 per cent return on investment and their second property, with five bedrooms, was completed at the end of 2019. The couple have set a goal to complete three more HMOs near their home in Rugby, giving them even more income and even more flexibility with their family. “The great thing about Platinum is that

seeing people take stock of what they have against what they actually want,” says Emma. “Investors with money in traditional stocks and shares are looking at property as a safer long-term investment and as our investment model is based on generating income, too, that’s a really appealing prospect for those who want to re-balance their work and home life. “But also, I think the lockdown and the lack of social contact that came
with it is seeing people place renewed focus on the needs of others and our Franchise Partners consistently tell us how amazing creating brilliant homes for their housemates makes them feel.” Stay at home? Who wouldn’t be
